Celebrating my birthday over Labor Day is a tradition I cherish, spending time with friends and kids outdoors, which is my preferred way of being. Brooks’ “From Strength to Strength” have been influential in shaping my perspective on opportunity costs.

We took a trip to Whitefish, Montana, seeking a change of scenery and a different vibe. Our stay included hiking in Glacier National Park, zip-lining, paddle boarding, and white water rafting. Despite a few planning hiccups, we enjoyed the town’s charm, delicious food, and the beauty of nature.
