It can be mysterious how people, designers, and publications predict trends. These “calls” are educated guesses based on our daily exposure to design content. Today, I’ll discuss three trends that the team and I believe are gaining momentum. Remember, you don’t have to follow these trends, but it’s fun to be ahead of the curve. Let’s dive in.
Trend #1: Statement Shower Curtains
Statement shower curtains are a fun and approachable trend. I recently came across two Instagram posts featuring unique shower curtain designs that inspired me to rethink my bathroom decor.
Design by Dabito showcased a unique double panel shower curtain that added drama and elegance to the space. Similarly, Orlando used a creative curtain design to elevate the bathroom’s aesthetic. This trend allows for easy customization and can transform any bathroom.
Another unique shower curtain design featured ruffles and stripes, making a bold statement in the bathroom. Expect to see more experimentation with shower curtains as a way to add personality to the space.
Trend #2: 3-D Wall Art Installations
3-D wall art installations are gaining popularity, adding whimsy and creativity to interior spaces. Designs like Heidi Caillier’s floral installation and butterfly wall art showcase the versatility of this trend.
3-D wall art allows for unique expressions of creativity and can transform any room into a work of art. Expect to see more innovative wall art installations in the coming months.
Trend #3: Light Blue??
Light blue is emerging as a popular color choice for interior design. From romantic home decor to kitchen cabinets, light blue adds a touch of freshness and nostalgia to any space.

Light blue adds a sense of calmness and sophistication to any room. Whether used on walls, ceilings, or cabinetry, light blue is a versatile color that complements a variety of design styles.
These trends are shaping the future of interior design, offering new possibilities for creativity and self-expression. Stay tuned for more trend updates as we continue to explore the evolving world of design.
