After a long time coming, I finally completed Odelia’s big girl room, only to have to turn it back into a nursery soon. Nevertheless, I’m thrilled to share this floral wallpaper adorned big girl room with you!

Last fall, I started the makeover for her big girl room, only to find out I was pregnant and would have to convert it back into a nursery. But when Better Homes & Gardens wanted to feature her room in a photoshoot, I took the opportunity to finally complete the room and capture its beauty.
The standout feature of the room is the stunning floral wallpaper from Sandberg Wallpaper, transforming the space into a soft, feminine, and vintage haven. While it may not suit our baby boy, I’ll be swapping it out with a different wallpaper soon.

Switching from peel-and-stick to traditional wallpaper was a breeze, and the rug from Six Vintage Rugs complements the wallpaper perfectly.
THE BED
Odelia’s vintage bed adds character to the room, layered with floral sheets and a mix of blankets. Despite the impending move to bunk beds, we’ll be keeping this bed for our future baby boy.

The murphy bed remains a versatile piece in the room, serving as a guest room when needed. Its unique design and functionality make it a valuable addition.

The room’s vintage decor, including the dresser, lamp shade, nightstand, and curtains, adds a touch of nostalgia and charm. The mix of patterns and textures creates a unique and inviting space.

While I’ll miss this room, I’m looking forward to creating another nursery. Stay tuned for more updates!
