Leslie Bibb Says This 115-Year-Old Skin Line Makes Her Cry

Actress Leslie Bibb, known for her vibrant energy, shared her enthusiasm for Elizabeth Arden products during a recent conversation. She praised the brand’s latest skin-care innovation, the Hyaluronic Acid + Peptides Ceramide Collection, at the Elizabeth Arden: The Capsule Lab event in Soho. The three-day pop-up allows visitors to explore new and classic products, enjoy spa treatments, sample complimentary items, and experience a luxurious yet approachable environment.

Bibb reminisced about her first encounter with Elizabeth Arden products, particularly the Advanced Ceramide Capsules, which reminded her of her mother’s excitement when she first introduced them to her in high school. She praised the brand for simplifying skincare routines and making products user-friendly. Bibb also expressed her love for the Eight-Hour Cream and the Hydro-Pumping Water Cream, highlighting their effectiveness and ease of use.

The actress emphasized the importance of choosing skincare products that work well with different skin types, mentioning her past struggles with acne and oily skin. She commended Elizabeth Arden for creating a versatile line that caters to all skin types, eliminating the guesswork often associated with choosing the right products. Bibb appreciated the brand’s commitment to making customers feel confident and comfortable in their skincare routines. When you’re in the chair getting your hair and makeup done, and they ask, “What did you put on your face?”

“Exactly, then you have to start all over again. But not with Elizabeth Arden – once you prep your skin, the makeup just sits perfectly on top without any smudging. It’s like magic.”

Your makeup always looks flawless, even with your busy travel schedule. How do you stay sane on the go?

“Sleep is a superpower that I wish I had. People often ask if I’d rather fly or breathe underwater, but all I want is to be able to nap on a plane. And I’ve cut out alcohol – it’s not great for your skin. Instead, I do face ice baths with a mixing bowl and ice cubes to wake up and refresh my skin. Then I keep my skincare routine simple and minimal for easy travel.”

Simplicity is key.

“I’ve learned the hard way that carrying too many products can lead to spills and messes. Keeping it simple with just the essentials is best for your skin and sanity when you’re on the move.”
