During our recent team retreat in Palm Springs, we focused on company planning, team connection, and having fun together. The unconventional offsite activities left some eyebrows raised, but we enjoyed every moment of it. Our team, consisting of Gretchen, Jess, Caitlin, Marlee, and Mal, spent three days bonding and working on various projects.
One of the highlights was our planning session where we discussed our new website design, social strategy, partnerships, and blog brainstorming. It was a productive day filled with insights and collaboration among team members. We also delved into our values and how they drive our work and interactions with each other.
