For many people, pets are more than just animals – they are loyal friends, trusted allies, and cherished family members. Dog owners often say that their puppies are their best friends, always eager to greet them, especially when there’s food involved. Playing fetch with your dog can bring immense joy and strengthen the bond between you.

To celebrate the special connection between dog owners and their furry companions, Pedigree has teamed up with MeetCutesNYC to honor the instant connection and “meet-cute” moments that happen between a person and their dog.

The story of love at first sight between a human and their pet is a beautiful one, often laying the foundation for a lifelong relationship. Pedigree wants to highlight that this kind of connection is possible to find at your local animal shelter.

From June 7th to June 9th, if you adopt a dog from a qualifying shelter or rescue and submit your adoption receipt by July 10th, you could be reimbursed for your adoption fee, thanks to Pedigree.

A member of MeetCutesNYC’s creative team expressed in the official press release their excitement about partnering with Pedigree to showcase the love stories of adopted dogs and inspire others to find love in unexpected places like animal shelters.

“”We’re passionate about sharing heartwarming meet-cute stories and have made it our mission to deliver hope and wisdom through the lens of couples from all walks of life. We’re so excited to partner with the PEDIGREE brand to not only document the love stories of adopted dogs, spotlighting the positive impact on humans and dogs alike, but inspiring people to look for love in unsuspecting places like your local shelter.””

– Aaron Feinberg

Whether you’re a current pet owner or looking to expand your furry family, remember to always treat your dogs or cats with love and respect. Pedigree offers an opportunity to add a new member to your family, fully covered by them.

Take the chance to find one of the greatest loves of your life in a new puppy or dog. The bond you form with your pet will bring positivity and joy to both of your lives.
