Leading a team of talented, smart, and creative women is one of the most fulfilling parts of my life. We share a unique bond that transcends the typical boss-employee relationship, and it’s evident in the way we interact during photo shoots and retreats. Last year, during a trip to Mexico, my team surprised me by suggesting we get matching tattoos of our company logo. Fueled by margaritas and love for my team, I agreed without hesitation.
The simplicity of our logo made the decision easier, knowing that even if someone leaves the company, the tattoo can still hold significance as a symbol of a special era in their lives. For me, getting the tattoo was a symbol of the deep connection I share with my team, a reminder of the love and camaraderie that define our relationship.
While some of us already had tattoos, for others, including myself, it was a first. The experience was a mix of excitement and nerves, with the support and enthusiasm of my team making it all worthwhile. The tattoos serve as a permanent reminder of the bond we share and the memories we’ve created together.

I am grateful for their support and friendship, and I look forward to many more adventures with this amazing group of women.
As for my husband, who initially teased me about the tattoos, he surprised me with his own version of a sentimental tattoo. It was a touching moment that reaffirmed the love and commitment we have for each other after 25 years of marriage. It’s moments like these that remind me of the importance of love and connection in our lives.
Together, with my team and my husband, I am grateful for the love and support that surrounds me. These tattoos symbolize the deep connections and meaningful relationships that enrich my life every day. I am blessed to have such amazing people by my side, and I look forward to the adventures that lie ahead.
