Transforming the Space with Dramatic Black Tile
Swapping out the old white floors for striking black tile was a game-changer for Cindi’s space. “The most challenging part of the project was definitely removing the old flooring and installing the matte porcelain tile,” she recalls. “The new tile instantly brought a modern feel to the room.”
Tackling tiling for the first time, Cindi was surprised by the amount of work involved. “It was a messy and time-consuming process that required a lot of preparation, precision, and patience,” she shares. “Working with mortar added an extra layer of complexity, making it the most stressful part of the renovation.”
