For reference, a standard 8-ounce cup of coffee contains about 95 mg of caffeine, but the impact of Luminate is distinct.
This is because Juice Plus+ combines caffeine with a potent mix of nootropics (ingredients that support cognitive function) and adaptogens (ingredients that aid in stress adaptation), such as alpinia galanga, lion’s mane, cordyceps, sage, ashwagandha, rhodiola, and more. Together, they work to boost alertness, enhance mental clarity, and improve focus in a balanced manner that avoids the typical rush or spike associated with coffee, as well as the jittery sensation. Nootropics and adaptogens have been gaining attention in the wellness realm for quite some time now, but not everyone fully grasps their benefits.

How to Use It
This plant-based powder is vegan, gluten-free, and conveniently packaged in individual serving sticks for easy on-the-go consumption, which I find very convenient.
