Induction Range Review: Our Experience with the Aga 48″ Induction Range

When it comes to choosing between a traditional gas range and an induction range, the debate can get quite intense. In our kitchen, we have been using a 48″ induction range by Aga for the past four years. It has become somewhat of a poster child for induction cooking in our household, prompting many questions from our followers. Today, I want to share our experience with this beautiful piece of kitchen equipment and address some of the most commonly asked questions.

About My Family And Our Cooking Habits

  • We engage in meal prep on Sundays and Mondays and enjoy family dinners together.
  • We keep it simple with one-pot or one-pan meals during the weekdays, often opting for grilling or takeout.
  • We don’t host elaborate dinner parties but have potlucks in the winter.
  • Baking is not a regular activity in our household, except for the occasional cupcakes.

For our family, this induction range has been a perfect 10/10. It’s not only visually stunning but also incredibly easy to clean and maintain. While it may not suit everyone’s cooking and baking needs, it has worked seamlessly for us without any major issues.

Performance and Durability

The induction range has held up exceptionally well over the years, showing minimal signs of wear and tear. The surface is not only durable but also easy to clean, making kitchen maintenance a breeze.

Cleaning and Maintenance

One of the standout features of this range is how easy it is to clean. Unlike gas burners, which can be a hassle to maintain, the induction surface is a breeze to wipe down, saving time and effort in the kitchen.

Final Thoughts

We couldn’t be happier with our decision to switch to an induction range. It not only elevates the aesthetics of our kitchen but also enhances our cooking experience. If you are considering making the switch, I highly recommend giving induction cooking a try.

Overall, our experience with the Aga 48″ Induction Range has been overwhelmingly positive, and we look forward to many more years of happy cooking with this appliance.
