Aveda, a pioneer of plant-powered beauty since 1978, has launched Advanced Botanical Kinetics, a high-performance skin-care collection that deeply hydrates, addresses visible collagen loss, and revitalizes skin’s natural energy. This innovative line harnesses the power of three cutting-edge technologies: Phytotech vegan collagen, a vegan peptide complex, and Kinetic Energy Infusion, resulting in visibly plumper, firmer, and radiant skin.

Although Aveda is known for its haircare products, the brand has been focusing on skincare for the past six years. David Hutchinson, Senior Vice President of Global Marketing, explains, “Aveda has always been committed to holistic beauty and wellness. Our range now includes hair care, skin care, body care, aromas, and salon services available exclusively in Aveda salons worldwide. We have been diligently developing high-performance, plant-powered skincare for Aveda, which combines effectiveness with nature’s essence.”

Hutchinson emphasizes that Aveda’s philosophy remains consistent across all product lines: “Our aim is to create highly effective products powered by nature without any compromise. Just as we blend cutting-edge technology with natural ingredients in our hair care range, we have infused the same dedication into the new Advanced Botanical Kinetics skincare collection. Like all Aveda products, Advanced Botanical Kinetics is 100% vegan and cruelty-free.”

The core of the Advanced Botanical Kinetics collection is Phytotech vegan collagen, a groundbreaking ingredient sourced from vertically farmed plant leaves in Spain. This advanced phytotechnology generates bioidentical collagen fragments that enhance skin’s smoothness and hydration, aligning with Aveda’s sustainable and vegan principles.

In addition, the vegan peptide complex targets fine lines and wrinkles, restoring firmness and vitality, while the Kinetic Energy Infusion, a blend of energizing ferment, niacinamide, and caffeine, enhances skin’s natural radiance and moisture retention.

The Advanced Botanical Kinetics Collection comprises a cleanser, essence lotion, serum, and two moisturizers tailored to various hydration needs. This line is 96% naturally derived, 100% vegan, Leaping Bunny Approved, dermatologist-tested, safe for sensitive skin, and free of silicone and synthetic colorants.
