Happy Sunday, everyone! We hope you all had a lovely Mother’s Day celebration in your own special way. We’re excited to unveil an exciting new project tomorrow, but for now, here are some interesting links to keep you entertained:
This week’s house tour is truly a standout. Yond Interiors never fails to impress with their beautifully layered, pattern-filled designs. Be sure to check out the exquisite tile work in this project!

Stay tuned for a detailed post on my favorite day trips from Portland, but for now, I wanted to share my recent Mother’s Day weekend getaway. It featured a screening of Devil Wears Prada 2 (mixed feelings, which I discussed on Substack), followed by a delightful excursion to Hood River. We indulged in the thrilling Hood River Rail bike ride, a fantastic family-friendly activity with breathtaking views and a pit stop for wine and ice cream. Our stay at The Society in Bingen was equally enjoyable, especially for the kids who loved the Scandi hydrotherapy circuit. Exploring the Mosier Plateau on a wildflower hike was the perfect way to spend a morning, followed by a visit to Sugar Pine for a post-hike treat. Mother’s Day celebrations continue with a BBQ in honor of my mom and dad’s birthday at our place today.
